Seismic evaluation of this Bonneville Power Administration mission critical facility. Significant interaction with BPA personnel was utilized during the project to ensure the proposed strengthening measures were sensitive to the building function and occupants. The evaluation included not only an assessment of the building structural deficiencies, but also the nonstructural systems.
