WRK attends Ankrom Moisan charity golf tournament
A beautiful day on the course driving balls and making friends
VANCOUVER, Washington July 20, 2015. The weather could not have been better when WRK Engineers attended Ankrom Moisan’s second annual Client Appreciation Golf Tournament. Company Principal, Brian Knight, and Associate Principal, Scott Howard, played the round while Devin Gustafson and Karen Shepherd manned the sponsored table at hole 6.
As a sponsor of this years tournament WRK wanted to bring a little bit of Vancouver to our friends across the river so we hosted a keg of “Vantucky Pale Ale” from Heathen Brewing at the Par 3 challenge. Players were treated to a refreshing cup of beer and conversation and given an opportunity to leave a business card for a chance at winning one of two $50 gift cards to Portland City Grill.
This tournament of over 90 players representing multiple companies raised thousands of dollars for Bridge Housing, an organization dedicated to developing affordable housing in cities that need it most.
