WRK Grows Mustaches and Awareness for Movember

This November a few members of the WRK Engineers team participated in Movember to raise money and awareness for men’s health issues. The guys started November clean shaven and spent the next 30 days growing their best upper lip hair for all to see. Each participant was asked to choose their motivation for Movember or to provide their own. WRK’s Marketing coordinator, Devin Gustafson, spearheaded Movember this year and had this to say about his motivation:

“My goal is to grow a mustache worthy of my new home, Portland, while raising money and awareness for men’s mental health. Men are pretty terrible about taking care of themselves unfortunately, especially when it comes to mental health. Movember is a great way to broach these topic with my fellow man and hopefully have a positive impact.”
